I think we shouldn't make modding and piracy a bigger issue than it is. I think that most people are getting the real copy and then sticks to it. These sports games are also getting old fast as they release the new one the year after, so you are not really loosing that much in the next 3-4 years, because EAs Sports games are not meant to be played for that long (For example: Updates are barely being made and pretty much occurs when the new game is released) How many is really using a modded/pirated version of sports games and if so the % must be low. I think pirating and modding is an issue to a certain limit but NOT a legit reason to decline alot of customers.
