He said if he had to come back it would be an additional service charge. He said he couldn't pick it up because they were closing. The tech informed me it was a minimum charge of 2 1/2 hrs. They gave him a location to pick up a replacement part. 20 minutes the tech found that the problem was the capacitor. He agreed to charge only $88 to diagnose the problem. He said this was a miscommunication by a new employee.

I called the company and spoke to the owner. When the tech arrived and started working, he said $88 only covered 1/2hr.

I was told a service call would cost $88.

we had to go home.On 4/14/22, I requested a service call. Not only did we have some of the best fish that I've ever eaten, I COOKED IT !!! But the friendship that came out of the class was an extra reward. You can add a glass or bottle of wine or enjoy the fruit infused water. They supply everything, including the apron. We had a couple who came on to celebrate their 8th wedding anniversary in our class, so any occasion, would be a Great occasion to attend a cooking class, especially at The Learning Kitchen. This was such an awesome experience that I am now scheduled for two more classes this month and will also sigh up for classes for October. Best part was the cooking, I love fish, but never really knew how to cook fish, (other than Mrs. The staff and Chef Shteiwi went out of there way to make you feel comfortable and to make the class fun. When others started to arrive, it was as if we were all friends or family, then when Chef Rania Shteiwi arrived, I knew that this was going to be a GREAT evening. What a pleasant surprise from the moment I walked in and was pleasantly greeted and welcomed to The Learning Kitchen. Was a little afraid if my lack of formal training would make me feel uncomfortable in the class. While I enjoy cooking, I've never taken formal cooking classes before.
